Everyone is familiar with how horrible it is for your health to sit at a desk all day, but yes it's your job and you need to go everyday so you don't starve. So what's your alternative? MOVE 😜.

Try this quick routine during your breaks instead of inhaling your Kit Kat Bar.

Tips:

▪Set an alarm every hour to stop what you're doing and perform the routine

▪For all exercises perform a chin tuck to utilize your deep neck muscles

▪Put on your favourite song to move to

▪Share with your coworkers!
