The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly with increasing warnings from government about risks to our personal communities.

For us, that community includes you our patients and your families. Community includes the North York corridor we’ve been so luck to serve for the past 35 years. And community includes our team of extraordinary clinicians and admin.

We respect and thank our patients and those in our community for doing their part by complying with Provincial social/physical isolation or distancing recommendations.

These are unprecedented times and things are evolving quickly. Uncertainty doesn’t help.  We don’t take our role in supporting your health lightly and want to assure you that you are top of mind for us.

  • The directive from the Province of Ontario allows for online support of patients when needed. If you were actively under our care before the closure, we will be answering emails for questions, concerns and guidance. You may contact us by email. We are experiencing higher volumes than usual – there may be delays to our typical response time.

  • We’ve loaded our social media and website with great content to support you through the next few weeks. Now is a great time to follow us. We’re on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and you can get there from links on the top right corner of our website.

  • We are thrilled to announce that we have completed integrating technology that will allow us to offer enhanced virtual visits – encrypted, secure, remote video appointments that you can schedule on-line! This will allow you to ask more detailed questions, receive guidance on how to self manage better while you remain at home, or just feel connected to us as one of your community resources.

For planning purposes, we estimate, for now, that this closure will last at least until April 13. [UPDATE: Closure of on-site services has been extended until at least May 18] This is only an estimate, as the situations remains very fluid. The timeline is indefinite and national efforts are being described as a marathon not a sprint. Check our website ( routinely for updates regarding your care at our clinic – we are closely monitoring guidance from public health, the regulatory Colleges, and other sources.

There will be a time when we are all free to return to normal life. When it does, we’ll be here ready to help you live it well.
